NAKSHATRA Outdoor Family Event Day : .

1. Weather forecast looks  pleasant in Melissa : so come prepared for a beautiful day - Some sun in the morning with increasing clouds during the afternoon. High 79F. Winds S at 10 to 20 mph.

Keep - Hats, Shades,  SPF & Wind jackets handy

2. Make sure to download your tickets and be ready to show at the welcome area to speed up your check in - you should have received an email once you RSVP’d - search for this subject in your email "Thank you - Nakshatra Family Event"  - in the email please click on Download your e-ticket button

3 .  Waiver : if you got kids 18 & under  ,  please sign up this waiver online to get the wrist bands for your kids to participate in the activities organized .

if you miss signing this waiver online -  getting wrist bands at the venue may be delayed as you will have to enter the info there  first.

4. Arrive ON Time : Check in begins @9:30 AM - please do not maintain Indian Standard Times  . Fun starts early - please look at the Event Agenda below  - so many activities planned for different age groups - so be there early to participate/cheer .

5. Dress code : Casual & comfort wear to enjoy the fun filled activities through out the day . 

5. Parking :  Once you enter the compound please follow the directions given by the volunteers/helpers to park  - so that we can avoid any parking chaos.

Senior Citizens & Parents with Kids 5 & younger  -  please announce to Parking volunteers at the entrance so that they can guide you to a special parking lot near the welcome area., if any spots open.

7. Event Agenda : All the planned activities start on time . so , please arrive on time and stay back until evening to enjoy a fun filled day.
